Each individual person holds within them a great complexity, and I seek to explore with you every aspect of your story in depth. My aim is to help you analyse the history of your relationships and experiences, so that you may gain a broader understanding of yourself and your reality. In doing so, you can acquire the insight needed to make authentic choices that lead to greater happiness.
As we go through life, we naturally develop our own personal ways of feeling and perceiving ourselves, others, and the world. Life, with its inevitable ups and downs, may lead us through experiences that create inner conflicts and ways of engaging with reality that brings us suffering. However, I believe that the self is never fixed but is always in the process of becoming, shaped by the circumstances of one’s life and history. Through greater self-awareness, one can construct a new narrative and come to be who one truly is.
Appointment Policy
Scheduled sessions must be paid for in advance or immediately after they take place, according to what has been agreed with the psychotherapist.
Cancellations or missed sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged, except in exceptional situations (emergency, catastrophe), which should be discussed with the psychotherapist at the beginning of the process. Psychotherapy requires consistency for it to be effective, and regular attendance and commitment are essential requirements.
